Happy Diwali 2009
Diwali or Deepavali is popularly known as the “festival of lights”. Seen here a kids admiring a “kolam” (a form of sandpainting that is drawn using rice powder by female members of the family in front of their home) at Financial Park basement entrance, Labuan F.T. The “kolam” was made by the staff of Financial Park Labuan.
