Labuan Rugby Club once again organized the famous Labuan 10's at Rugby Pitch, LDA located next to Financial Park, Labuan at 19th July 2008. This time around, the tournament name was changed to VII Labuan IBFC 10s 2008.

The rugby tournament was held on two places; SMK Mutiara and LDA Rugby Pitch. Besides the 10s format, Labuan Rugby Club also organized another tournament for school which saw participaton from as far as Sipitang, Sabah.
